Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.
Split Shipments Some orders may ship in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
- International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
Returns & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- For returns, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
